I am! This is one of the most exciting times of the year for food lovers in Florence. It's the time when the new batches of olive oil arrive fresh from the presses, menus change to feature the Tuscan favorite of cinghiale, or wild boar, and truffle hunting is on in full force - allowing us new and extra rich dishes.
