In my search for finding authentic Italian recipes, and ways to prepare specific pastas from Puglia in southern Italy, I found a great tool on youtube that I think you will find useful as well.
Yellow Saffron is the English version of Giallo Zafferano, the Italian cooking and recipe web site. They have a ton of recipes, and on youtube, shows us how to make them.
