Last week I went to the Rome v Florence game here in Rome. It was my first visit to the Stadio Olimpico and it was quite a site. As you walk up to the enormous stadium, which seats 81,000 people, you are greeted by larger-than-life olympic athletes who represent, what I assume, is each olympic sport.
And although the stadium was not full, it was quite a site to see all of the fans waving around their Roma scarves and flags throughout the game. This is a video of the Roma song they sing before each game. Forza Roma!
(Taken on my cell phone so quality isn't great.)
